SHIPPING & RETURNS
One of the downsides of ordering online is waiting for your package to arrive! We understand completely. That is why we do our utmost best to have your package delivered as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the country we are sending your order to. Delivery time to the United Kingdom can take 4-7 business days.
We like to keep in touch. So, should there be any delay in processing and/or sending your order, we will contact you about this. This is the same for any other issues that might arise; for example when an item you ordered is out of stock.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items (except riding hats) can be returned or exchanged if they don't fit.
When an item is returned, please ensure that the item is returned in a re-saleable condition within 14 days, is in it's original packaging and has tags attached.
If items are returned in a non re-saleable condition they will be returned to you at the address they were originally posted to. An administration charge of £5 will be charged to cover postage costs to return to you.
Exchanges: If you would like an exchange, please message me so I can reserve an item or order the item in if required.
Please ensure that you have a receipt for the return of the item, be it with Royal Mail or courier.
The cost of the postage to return the exchange is payable by the purchaser in both directions.
Refunds: If an item is to be refunded the initial postage will not be reimbursed and return postage will be payable by the purchaser.
If an order including items which were sold with free postage is to be refunded in full, an administration charge will be deducted from the final refund corresponding to the initial postage cost
